Returns

• Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

• To be eligible,
  the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

• Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

• If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized items

• Perishable goods

• Items purchased on clearance or sale

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos.

• We will offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.

• After processing, cancellations may not be possible.

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
